Welcome to Johnny Mac’s Junk Removal & Hauling (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.johnnymacsjunk.com, and all related services including scheduling, estimates, and junk removal or dumpster rentals made through Workiz or other linked platforms.

By accessing or using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

We provide junk removal, hauling, and dumpster rental services throughout the greater North Georgia area.
All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.

Services include (but are not limited to):

• Residential and commercial junk removal
• Appliance, furniture, and debris hauling
• Dumpster rentals
• Light demolition or cleanouts

• Online Bookings: Bookings made via our Workiz scheduling system are considered service requests until confirmed by our team.
• Estimates: Pricing provided online or by phone is an estimate and may vary based on actual volume, weight, or access conditions.
• Payments: Full payment is required upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.
• We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods through Workiz or our authorized processors.

We understand plans change — please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time may result in a $50 cancellation fee to cover dispatch costs.

By booking our services, you agree to:

• Provide safe and legal access to your property.
• Ensure the work area is free from hazards (e.g., aggressive pets, unsafe structures).
• Obtain any required permissions for items located on public property.

We reserve the right to refuse service if safety or access conditions are not met.

For safety and legal reasons, we cannot accept:

• Hazardous waste (paint, oil, fuel, chemicals)
• Medical waste or biohazard materials
• Pressurized tanks (unless empty and vented)
• Asbestos or other regulated materials

Contact your local waste authority for proper disposal instructions.

We take care to avoid damage during service, but:

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear to driveways, landscaping, or structures.
• Dumpster rentals may cause minor surface marks; customers assume responsibility for protective measures (e.g., plywood under dumpsters).
• We are not liable for loss or damage resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee that our website or online booking system will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Johnny Mac’s Junk Removal & Hauling and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms at any time.
Changes take effect immediately upon posting to our website.
It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
Any disputes shall be handled in courts located in Gwinnett County, GA.
